Acceptance of these terms
Welcome to Football Kit Club (https://footballkitclub.com). By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, the KVKK Disclosure Notice and the Community Guidelines.
If you do not agree to these terms, we kindly ask that you do not create an account or use the site.
Our service
Football Kit Club is a community platform where kit designs are shared, ideas are discussed in chat rooms, weekly competitions are held and contributions are rewarded with reputation points. Competitions do not offer cash prizes.
We provide the platform's hosting and technical infrastructure. We cannot guarantee the accuracy or lawfulness of the content shared by our members.
Your content
Your posts, competition entries, profile images, room messages and every image and text you upload belong to you. You are also responsible for any legal consequences of publishing them, including copyright, trademark, personality rights and privacy.
When you use real club crests, logos or someone else's design, it is your responsibility to hold the necessary permissions.
You agree not to upload unlawful content, hate speech, harassment, obscene material, other people's personal data, AI-generated designs in competitions, or content that infringes the rights of others.
If we receive a complaint or identify a violation, we may remove the content in question and restrict or suspend your account. Repeated violations lead to indefinite suspension.
Limits of our liability
Except where required by law, we cannot be held liable for damages arising from content shared by members, third-party claims or data loss.
We take care to keep the site running without interruption or error, but we cannot guarantee it.
Where claims for damages are brought against us because of content you uploaded, you remain responsible within the limits of the law.
Content licence
All rights to your designs remain yours. To display your content on the site, you grant us a limited right to use it solely for hosting, display and moderation.
When you close your account, we delete your content within a reasonable period. Records kept in backups and under legal retention obligations fall outside this period.
Competitions
The rules on voting, ties, disqualification and scoring are the competition rules published on the site. Cheating, using multiple accounts and manipulating votes are prohibited.
Final decisions on competitions rest with the Football Kit Club team. If you would like to appeal a decision, you can write to contact@footballkitclub.com with your reasons.
Your account
You are responsible for the security of your account and password; we recommend that you never share your password. Accounts that seriously violate the rules may be suspended without prior warning.
You must have legal capacity to create an account. If you are a minor, your parent or guardian's consent is required.
Governing law and contact
Disputes arising from these terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Your rights under consumer protection law are reserved.
