Privacy Policy

Who processes your data

Your personal data is processed as part of the Football Kit Club (https://footballkitclub.com) service. We care about your privacy and collect only the data needed to provide the service.

For any privacy questions, you can reach us at contact@footballkitclub.com.

What we collect

Registration data: your email address, display name, username, password (stored encrypted), profile details and your language and theme preferences. When you sign in with Google, we receive the basic account details Google shares with us, such as your name and email address.

Usage data: your posts, comments, room messages, competition entries and the images you upload.

Connection data: the cookies that keep you signed in, and your IP address and browser details, kept for a limited time for security.

Visit statistics: we count how often pages are visited, anonymously. This count uses no cookies, does not follow you to other sites and stores nothing that identifies you.

Location and device information in the images you upload is removed automatically. Even so, we recommend taking care that personal details such as addresses or licence plates are not visible in your photos.

Why we process your data

To create and manage your account, run the site, organise competitions, keep the platform and our members safe, and meet our legal obligations.

Where your data is stored

Your data is stored on the infrastructure of the cloud provider that hosts the site. To send verification and password reset emails, your email address is shared with our email delivery provider. Where data needs to be transferred abroad, the transfer is carried out in line with the applicable legislation.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as your account is open. When you close your account, we delete it within a reasonable period; certain records needed for security and competition integrity may be kept for longer.

Your rights

To exercise your rights to access your data, request its correction or deletion, and object to its processing, you can write to contact@footballkitclub.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding to your request.
