What is Football Kit Club?

What gets talked about

Football Kit Club is a community for people who care about football shirts. New club releases get discussed the day they launch — the good and the bad end up in the same place.

Old seasons stay alive here too: photograph the shirts in your wardrobe and say where they came from. League and topic rooms keep a conversation from scattering.

Turkish and English run as equals — rooms, feed and challenges carry the same content in both.

Weekly design challenges

For anyone who wants to draw their own kit, there is a weekly challenge format. A concept opens every week, and the concept is one sentence: an era, an identity or a constraint.

Challenges run with two weeks overlapping. New designs are collected for a week; entries sit in the gallery in the order they arrive, with no scores shown. Once entry closes, the designs are voted on for a week. The next concept opens the same day, so there is always a concept to draw and a gallery to judge.

When voting ends the results are published and points are written into the reputation ledger. There is no cash prize and no sponsor gift; what is won is points, titles and standing.

Kit Studio: design a kit in your browser

You don’t need to install anything to design a kit. Kit Studio is a kit design tool that runs in the browser: you work on a real kit model, see it in 3D from every angle, and keep the flat pattern beside it.

Front, back, sleeves, cuffs and collar each take their own colour. Start from patterns football already knows — stripes, hoops, checks, Bavarian diamonds — or upload your own pattern file. Put your club’s crest, a sponsor, the name and number on the back wherever you want them.

Designing is free and needs no account; a free membership is all it takes to download a high-resolution image of the finished kit. Share the designs you like on the studio’s Explore page, or enter them in the weekly challenge.

Challenges that measure human effort

What a challenge measures is the effort spent. AI can help develop an idea, but kit designs generated entirely with AI and AI-made presentation images are not accepted; both the design and its presentation must be a person’s own work.

The reasoning is about what a score means: the hours behind a design should stay visible. Once those hours become invisible, points stop measuring effort and start measuring access to a tool.

Entries found in breach are removed; repeats bring account restrictions.

Who can take part

Anyone who loves football shirts. No design background and no professional tool required.

You can draw on a computer, or draw on paper and upload a photo of it. The measure is not the tool but the idea.

An account is all it takes to enter. Open concepts are listed on the Challenges page.
